Active Runways
Runway 5/23 must always be the jet arrival and departure runway.
When the winds are calm, runway 5 will be the primary runway.
Runway 14/32 may only be used upon pilot request.
Use the following tables to determine the active runway
| Wind Direction | Runway |
| 320 clockwise to 140 | 5 |
| 140 clockwise to 320 | 23 |
No departure heading is needed unless requested by the departure controller.
Once an aircraft is observed airborne, (not when they call airborne) should be told to contact departure. The frequency is not needed since it was given in the clearance.
