Ramp Area
The ramp area around the terminal is a non-movement area. There is no need to approve push backs or startups unless those aircraft will be pushing back or starting up in a movement area. Likewise there is no need to approve shutdowns unless it will be done in a movement area.
Runway Assignments
During most times, there will be one runway for departures and one runway for arrivals. Taxi aircraft accordingly.
Use of runway 15L/33R
- All General Aviation (GA) props and any jets that are capable of using the runway
- Commerical props
Runway 4/22 is closed for arrivals and departures and may be used for taxiing aircraft
Taxi Routes

Coordinate with tower when taxiing to runways 33R and 28 because aircraft have to cross runway 4/22.
All aircraft taxiing to runway 10 must hold short of runway 15R/33L, coordinate with tower, then have the aircraft cross the runway and monitor tower.
All aircraft taxiing to runway 33L must hold short of runway 28/10, coordinate
with tower, then have the aircraft cross the runway and monitor tower.

the first taxiway where they will then contact ground.
