Runway 15R

Runway 28

Runway 28

Arrivals

All aircraft will call when they are established on final for their runway at which time tower will clear them to land.

All aircraft will be taxied across any active runways and then will hold short of the first taxiway and be told to contact ground.

Departures

All departures will be told to contact tower when holding short, or to monitor the tower when no longer need by ground control. If they are told to monitor then tower, then they expect the tower controller to call them.

Once an aircraft is observed airborne, (not when they call airborne) should be told to contact departure. The frequency is not needed since it was given in the clearance. If a turn is required be sure the aircraft are turning before being told to contact departure.
