Runway 4/22 is for props only
Runway 15 may be used for CRJ and smaller jet departures
Runway 33 may be used for CRJ and smaller jet arrivals
Arrivals
Runway 33 may be used as a high speed exit when using runway 1
Runway 22 may be used as a high speed exit when using runway 19
Once aircraft are clear of the runway, they will be taxied across all other active runways prior to being handed off to the ground controller. If the aircraft does not need to cross an active runway, they will be handed off to the ground controller as soon as they are clear of the runway.
Departures
Some aircraft may call when holding short of another runway, it is your responsibility to taxi them the remainder of the way.
Once an aircraft is observed airborne, (not when they call airborne) should be told to contact departure. The frequency is not needed since it was given in the clearance. For most runways a turn is required, so be sure the aircraft is turning before you tell them to contact departure.
