Ramp Area

Taxiways A, B, C, D and E are non-movement areas. This means that the ground controller can not give taxi instructions to aircraft. There is no need to approve push backs or startups unless those aircraft will be pushing back or starting up in a movement area. Likewise there is no need to approve shutdowns unless it will be done in a movement area.

Once aircraft are clear of the runway, tower will hold them short of the first taxiway where they will then contact ground.

When landing runway 12, if the aircraft exits the runway prior to taxiway YANKEE, tower will remain in control of aircraft until crossing taxiway YANKEE and then hand off to ground.
