Raleigh-Durham Clearance SOP

Frequency

  1. VHF - 120.10

Initial Altitudes

  1. Turbojet aircraft will be assigned 7,000
  2. Turboprop aircraft will be assigned 3,000
  3. All other aircraft will be assigned 2,000

Departure Procedures

  1. All aircraft will be cleared via the Raleigh 6 departure unless the aircraft has filed for one of the PILOT NAV departures.
    1. Blue Devil 3
    2. Fayetteville 2
    3. PACKK 5
    4. Tar Heel 6

Departure Gates

One of the following departure gates must be used unless the aircraft is on a published PILOT NAV departure.

Direction Departure Gate
North SBV or LVL
East TYI
South FAY
West GSO or LIB

Departure Frequency

  1. Aircraft exiting via the North and West gates will use 132.35
  2. Aircraft exiting via the South and East gates will use 115.30
