climb runway heading to intercept the ROA VORTAC R-122 to 4000 before proceeding on course.
Rwy 24
use DIXXY departure.

The DIXXY departure can be used for traffic departing runway 24. The HOKEE departure can be used for traffic departing runway 24 or runway 15. IFR departures from Runway 6 and 33 are Not Authorized due to obstacles.
